How Does It Work?
How to Use ForeverAir
- Power On: Press the centre button to turn on ForeverAir.
- Connect: Securely attach the air hose to your tyre valve.
- Select Mode: Press the M button to choose car tyre mode.
- Set Pressure: Adjust the target PSI using the + and − buttons.
- Start Inflation: Press the centre button again.
- Auto Shut-Off: ForeverAir automatically stops at your preset pressure.
- Disconnect: Carefully remove the hose and replace the tyre valve cap.
Important: Always use your vehicle manufacturer's recommended cold tyre pressure, not the device's maximum 150 PSI rating.

ForeverAir Digital User Manual
Please read these instructions before using your portable tyre inflator.
1. Getting Started- Charge the inflator before first use.
- Inspect the air hose and attachments.
- Press the centre button to power on.
- Connect the hose securely to the tyre or inflatable item.
Press the M button to cycle through the available inflation presets. Select the mode appropriate for the item you are inflating.
For car tyres, select car tyre mode.
3. Setting the Pressure- Use the + button to increase the target pressure.
- Use the − button to decrease the target pressure.
- Check the recommended pressure for the tyre or inflatable item.
- Never exceed the item's recommended pressure.
- Check that the hose is connected securely.
- Select the appropriate mode and target pressure.
- Press the centre button to start inflation.
- ForeverAir will stop automatically once the preset pressure is reached.
- Carefully disconnect the air hose after inflation.
Do not leave the device unattended during inflation.
5. Digital Pressure DisplayThe digital display shows pressure information during use.
The manufacturer's instructions identify pressure units including PSI, BAR and KPA. Check the selected unit before setting your target pressure.
6. LED Light & SOSThe built-in LED light provides visibility in low-light conditions.
The manufacturer's manual also describes an SOS emergency lighting function. Use the available light controls to access supported lighting modes.
7. USB-C Charging- Switch off the inflator before charging.
- Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable.
- Connect the cable to a compatible USB power source.
- Allow the battery to charge.
- Disconnect the cable when charging is complete.
Approximate charging time is 2.5 hours based on supplier specifications. Charging time may vary.
8. Nozzles & AttachmentsForeverAir includes an inflation hose and four nozzle/adaptor sets for compatible inflation applications.
- Tyre valve attachment for compatible vehicle tyres.
- Inflation needle for compatible sports balls.
- Additional nozzle attachments for supported inflatables.
Choose the correct attachment and never force a nozzle into an incompatible valve.
9. Important Safety Instructions- Read all instructions before operating.
- Keep away from water, flames and excessive heat.
- Do not use or charge a damaged device.
- Do not leave the inflator unattended during use.
- Keep away from unsupervised children.
- Keep ventilation openings unobstructed.
- Do not exceed the recommended pressure of the item being inflated.
- Air hoses and metal connectors may become hot during use.
- Allow the inflator to cool between extended sessions.
- Do not disassemble, puncture or modify the battery.
- Do not operate the device while charging.
- Store in a cool, dry location.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep the air hose and nozzle attachments clean.
- Inspect the charging cable and hose regularly.
- Store the device in a dry environment.
- Recharge periodically during long periods of storage.
Won't turn on? Recharge the battery and try again.
Not inflating? Check the hose connection, selected mode and target pressure.
Air leaking? Ensure the hose and nozzle are securely attached.
Stopped unexpectedly? Check whether the target pressure has been reached. Allow the device to cool if hot.
Not charging? Check the cable, charging port and compatible power supply.
