10. Returns and Refunds

ForeverAir offers a 60-day voluntary return policy beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Eligible change-of-mind returns must generally meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging and included accessories are provided.

• A return request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase is available.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs on approved change-of-mind returns.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible through our standard fulfilment process.
